The Institute of Management Consulting, IMC Armenia, is a not-for-profit organization

Institute of Management Consultants, Armenia is the National Body created with the objective to set the standards for Business/Management Consulting practice, promote International best practices and share knowledge in Armenia. It is currently working to obtain membership in International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) to be able to grant Internationally recognizable certification to its members in Armenia.

We are excited to share an important milestone ✨

We are expanding our reach—bringing our expertise and impact beyond borders.

At the invitation of ARRC Consulting, accredited CMC trainers Silva Mesropyan and Naira Margaryan recently contributed to a capacity-building program for government professionals in Saudi Arabia.

The 40-hour intensive program focused on strengthening management consulting competencies and supporting participants on their path toward CMC qualification. It combined interactive learning formats, including group exercises, brainstorming sessions, discussions, and practical applications.

This experience marks an important step in our strategic direction—expanding partnerships, sharing expertise internationally, and contributing to the development of professional consulting ecosystems globally 🌍

IMC Armenia members participated in two major Comprehensive courses: Common assessment framework ( ) and Management by objectives ( ).
The seminar was organised by Organotechnical SA within the framework of the transnational project AI4Capacity.

40 participants from Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia and Turkey were trained, collaborated, exchanged experiences and deepened their understanding of modern approaches to improving the performance of public-interest organisations, through the implementation of CAF and the use of Artificial Intelligence tools.

42 participants from Armenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Moldova, Romania, Palestine, Turkey, and Ukraine trained, collaborated and shared experiences on using Governance with Goals as a tool to improve the effectiveness of public interest organizations.

IMC Armenia, as a signatory organization, joins the Gender Equality campaign initiated by the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs).

The Women’s Empowerment Principles, established by UN Women and the United Nations Global Compact, provide businesses with a global framework to translate commitments to gender equality into practical action in the workplace, marketplace, and community.

A special focus of the training course is the introduction of the 20700:2017 guideline by Nika Manukova, helping participants clearly structure consulting projects according to their scope, complexity, and key criteria.

Through interactive group work and role-play, the learning process became even more dynamic — revealing in a practical and engaging way the real relationship between the client and the consultant, their expectations, responsibilities, and the value of effective collaboration.
