🌿 A new green chapter begins for Scouts of Albania 🌿
During 11–12 May, we held the official kick-off meeting in Zagreb for the implementation of the flagship project “Boranka” – “Gjelbëruesit” in Albania, financed by the Croatian Government and supported by the Scouts of Croatia.
This initiative, successfully implemented for 9 years in Croatia and later expanded across the Western Balkans, now officially arrives in Albania with two main pillars:
🌱 Education & awareness
🌳 Reforestation actions across the country
Together with local scout groups, local authorities, and the Ministry of Environment, we are ready to start building a greener future through youth engagement and volunteering.
In the coming months, we will also open calls for volunteers, civil society organizations, and companies willing to support this initiative through CSR engagement.
From ashes to green 🌱
