In Kabul,Afghanistan many women live with the desire to support their families, educate their children, and live with dignity – but without access to skills or opportunities, poverty, loss of income earners, and social limitation leave thousands of women dependent and vulnerable.
Our sewing and tailoring education institution was created to respond to this reality. Through practical, hands-on training, we help women gain skills that allow them to earn an income through small tailoring businesses, hand and machine embroidery, fashion design (basic level). For many of our students, learning sewing is not only education it’s a lifeline.
We currently operate three branches, two centers in Kabul, Afghanistan, and one online clothing boutique platform from Germany.
A significant number of our students receive training completely free of charge because they cannot afford fees. With the support of charities and compassionate partners, we aim to expand this impact and give more women the chance to rebuild their lives with confidence and independence, not only through sewing or tailoring plus through digital & online skills, basic computer skills, online marketing (facebook & Instagram), selling handmade products online, content creation (photos, videos), freelancing basics, online customer handling, school subjects. در کابل، افغانستان، بسیاری از زنان با آرزوی حمایت از خانوادههایشان، آموزش فرزندانشان و زندگی با عزت زندگی میکنند؛ اما نبود دسترسی به مهارتها و فرصتها، فقر، از دست دادن نانآوران خانواده و محدودیتهای اجتماعی، هزاران زن را وابسته و آسیبپذیر ساخته است.
مرکز آموزشی خیاطی و حاشیه دوزی ما برای پاسخگویی به همین واقعیت ایجاد شده است. ما از طریق آموزشهای عملی و کاربردی، به زنان مهارتهایی میآموزیم که بتوانند از طریق کسبوکارهای کوچک خیاطی، گلدوزی دستی و ماشینی، و طراحی لباس در سطح ابتدایی درآمد کسب کنند. برای بسیاری از هنرجویان ما، یادگیری خیاطی تنها آموزش نیست بلکه یک راه نجات است.
در حال حاضر، ما سه بخش فعال داریم: دو مرکز حضوری در کابل، افغانستان، و یک پلتفرم آنلاین فروش لباس که از آلمان مدیریت میشود.
تعداد قابل توجهی از هنرجویان ما آموزش را بهطور کاملاً رایگان دریافت میکنند، زیرا توانایی پرداخت هزینهها را ندارند. با حمایت نهادهای خیریه و همکاران دلسوز، هدف ما گسترش این تأثیر و فراهمکردن فرصت برای زنان بیشتر است تا بتوانند با اعتمادبهنفس و استقلال، زندگی خود را دوباره بسازند؛ نهتنها از طریق خیاطی و حاشیه دوزی، بلکه همچنین با آموزش مهارتهای دیجیتال و آنلاین، مهارتهای ابتدایی کمپیوتر، بازاریابی آنلاین (فیسبوک و اینستاگرام)، فروش محصولات دستساز بهصورت آنلاین، تولید محتوا (عکس و ویدیو)، مبانی فریلنسری، مدیریت مشتریان آنلاین و آموزش مضامین درسی.
