Akam Climate

Last Week, Akam Climate proudly joined a tree planting campaign organized by the Afghan-Turk Scientific Academy.

Together, we planted 50 fruit trees in their green space—taking a small but meaningful step toward a greener environment and a more sustainable future.

At Akam Climate, we believe that real change starts with simple actions. Tree planting is not just about today—it is an investment in clean air, a healthy environment, and a better tomorrow.

Let’s all take part in protecting our planet and building a greener Afghanistan 🌱

☘️ Afghanistan contributes almost nothing to global emissions.
Yet it absorbs the shock of a crisis it did not create.

The real issue is not vulnerability.
It is institutional fragility.

Short-term projects will not fix systemic climate risk.
Capacity gaps, Fragmented planning, Limited climate finance access.

If adaptation is treated as charity, it will fail.
If treated as structural investment, it can transform resilience. 🌱

The question is no longer whether Afghanistan is climate-vulnerable.
The question is:
Who is investing in long-term institutional resilience?
