🚨 فراخوان همبستگی برای حمایت از آسیب‌دیدگان سیلاب‌های اخیر افغانستان
سیلاب‌های اخیر در چندین ولایت افغانستان خسارات سنگین جانی و مالی بر جای گذاشته و صدها خانواده را با مشکلات جدی روبه‌رو ساخته است.
شبکه جوانان افغان برای اهداف توسعه پایدار از تمامی افراد نیکوکار، تاجران، شرکت‌ها، نهادهای ملی و بین‌المللی دعوت می‌کند تا با هر میزان کمک، در حمایت از خانواده‌های آسیب‌دیده سهیم شوند.

هدف
هدف هفدهم توسعه پایدار بر تقویت همکاری‌های جهانی، منطقه‌ای و ملی برای تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار تمرکز دارد. این هدف بر بسیج منابع مالی، انتقال فناوری، توسعه ظرفیت‌ها، تبادل دانش و ایجاد مشارکت مؤثر میان دولت‌ها، بخش خصوصی، جامعه مدنی، دانشگاه‌ها و جوانان تأکید می‌کند. هیچ کشوری به تنهایی نمی‌تواند به اهداف توسعه پایدار دست یابد؛ همکاری و مشارکت، کلید موفقیت است.

● برای دستیابی به اهداف توسعه پایدار، جهان سالانه به تریلیون‌ها دلار سرمایه‌گذاری نیاز دارد.

● تغییرات اقلیمی، بحران‌های انسانی و نابرابری‌های اقتصادی، ضرورت همکاری‌های جهانی را بیش از پیش افزایش داده است.

صلح، عدالت و نهادهای قوی
هدف
هدف شانزدهم توسعه پایدار بر ترویج جوامع صلح‌آمیز و فراگیر، تأمین دسترسی برابر به عدالت برای همه و ایجاد نهادهای مؤثر، پاسخگو و شفاف در همه سطوح تمرکز دارد. بدون صلح، حاکمیت قانون و نهادهای قوی، دستیابی به سایر اهداف توسعه پایدار امکان‌پذیر نیست.

🌍 وضعیت جهان
● بیش از ۱۱۴ میلیون نفر در سراسر جهان به دلیل جنگ، خشونت و آزار مجبور به ترک خانه‌های خود شده‌اند.
● فساد و ضعف حاکمیت سالانه میلیاردها دلار به اقتصاد جهانی زیان وارد می‌کند.
● بسیاری از کشورها هنوز با چالش‌های دسترسی برابر به عدالت، شفافیت و پاسخگویی نهادها روبه‌رو هستند.
● حمایت از حقوق بشر، آزادی بیان و مشارکت شهروندان از ارکان اصلی توسعه پایدار است.

● افغانستان طی دهه‌های گذشته با جنگ، ناامنی و بحران‌های انسانی روبه‌رو بوده است.
● دسترسی به عدالت، خدمات حقوقی و نهادهای پاسخگو برای بسیاری از شهروندان محدود است.
● فساد، ضعف ظرفیت‌های نهادی و کاهش اعتماد عمومی از چالش‌های مهم به شمار می‌روند.
● زنان، کودکان و گروه‌های آسیب‌پذیر بیشترین تأثیر را از ناامنی و محدودیت‌های حقوقی متحمل شده‌اند.

● More than 114 million people worldwide have been forcibly displaced due to conflict, violence, and persecution.

Goal
SDG 15 aims to protect, restore, and sustainably manage terrestrial ecosystems, forests, biodiversity, and natural resources. It seeks to combat desertification, halt land degradation, and prevent biodiversity loss, which are essential for sustainable development, food security, and climate resilience.
Global Status
● Forests cover about 31% of the Earth’s land area.
● Nearly one million species are at risk of extinction.
● Deforestation, climate change, and pollution are major drivers of biodiversity loss.
● More than 3 billion people depend directly on natural resources for their livelihoods.
Afghanistan Status
● Afghanistan is home to rich biodiversity and unique ecosystems.

🌊 هدف ۱۴ اهداف توسعه پایدار: زندگی زیر آب (Life Below Water)
اقیانوس‌ها، دریاها، رودخانه‌ها و تالاب‌ها نقش اساسی در حفظ حیات روی زمین دارند. هدف ۱۴ بر حفاظت و استفاده پایدار از منابع آبی، کاهش آلودگی، حفظ تنوع زیستی و مدیریت مسئولانه اکوسیستم‌های آبی تأکید می‌کند.
هرچند افغانستان به دریاهای آزاد دسترسی ندارد، اما رودخانه‌ها، دریاچه‌ها، تالاب‌ها و آب‌های داخلی آن برای امنیت غذایی، تنوع زیستی، کشاورزی، معیشت مردم و توسعه پایدار اهمیت حیاتی دارند.

🌎 وضعیت جهان
براساس گزارش‌های UN Ocean Conference، UNEP، FAO، UNESCO و World Bank:
🔹 اقیانوس‌ها بیش از ۷۰ درصد سطح زمین را پوشش داده و حدود ۵۰ درصد اکسیژن جهان را تولید می‌کنند.
🔹 بیش از ۳ میلیارد نفر برای معیشت خود به تنوع زیستی دریایی و ساحلی وابسته‌اند.
🔹 سالانه حدود ۱۱ میلیون تُن پلاستیک وارد اقیانوس‌ها می‌شود.
🔹 بیش از یک‌سوم ذخایر ماهیان جهان در معرض صید بی‌رویه قرار دارند.
🔹 تنها حدود ۸ درصد اقیانوس‌های جهان تحت حفاظت مؤثر قرار دارند.

‏🇦🇫 وضعیت افغانستان
براساس گزارش‌های UNEP، FAO، UNDP و بانک جهانی:
🔹 افغانستان کشوری محاط به خشکه است، اما دارای رودخانه‌های مهم، دریاچه‌ها و تالاب‌هایی مانند بند امیر، آب ایستاده، هامون و کول حشمت‌خان است که زیستگاه گونه‌های ارزشمند جانوری و گیاهی هستند.
🔹 خشکسالی، تغییرات اقلیمی، کاهش منابع آب، آلودگی و مدیریت ناپایدار منابع آبی، اکوسیستم‌های آبی کشور را تهدید می‌کند.
🔹 کاهش سطح آب تالاب‌ها و دریاچه‌ها باعث از بین رفتن زیستگاه پرندگان مهاجر و تنوع زیستی شده است.
🔹 آلودگی ناشی از زباله، فاضلاب و استفاده غیرپایدار از منابع آبی همچنان از چالش‌های مهم کشور است.
