Job Description:
A business management trainer has the crucial responsibility of equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to succeed in business environments. They must also inspire students to think strategically, act ethically, and become effective leaders. Below are the key responsibilities:
• Cover core concepts such as organizational management, leadership, marketing, finance, accounting, operations, and strategic planning.
• Teach practical skills like decision-making, problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking.
• Design a curriculum aligned with academic standards and trainees needs.
• Incorporate both theoretical knowledge and practical applications through case studies, simulations, and real-world examples.
• Adapt content to match the latest trends, such as digital transformation, sustainability, and global business practices.
• Use project-based learning to give students hands-on experience in areas like business planning, market analysis, and team management.
• Organize role-playing activities to simulate workplace scenarios (e.g., negotiations, team leadership, and crisis management).
• Encourage participation in competitions, internships, and entrepreneurship programs.
• Emphasize communication, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Teach students how to prepare effective presentations, write reports, and conduct meetings.
• Evaluate students through exams, projects, presentations, and group work.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and grow.
• Foster interactive and engaging class discussions by incorporating real-world case studies and debates.
• Teach strategies for managing diverse teams and working across borders.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in BBA or any other related field (master’s degree is highly preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as business management trainer ideally in academic centers
Strong understanding of business management tools and methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in cross culture context, with report writing skills in English and local languages (Pashto/Dari).
