در روزهای اخیر، بارندگیهای شدید و دوامدار در شماری از ولایات افغانستان، بهویژه ولایت غور، سبب جاری شدنِ سیلابهای ویرانگر گردیده است.
در این میان، ولسوالی مرغاب از جمله مناطقی است که بیشترین آسیب را متحمل شده و در نتیجهٔ این رویداد طبیعی، شمار زیادی از هموطنان عزیز ما خانههای مسکونی، باغها، مواشی و زمینهای زراعتی خویش را از دست دادهاند و با مشکلات جدی انسانی و معیشتی روبهرو شدهاند.
مؤسسه خیریه جام غور، با درک عمیق از شرایطِ دشوارِ موجود و در راستای تعهد انسانی و مسئولیت اجتماعی خویش، تیم ارزیابی اضطراری خود را به ساحه اعزام نموده است تا بهگونه مشترک با سایر نهادهای ملی و بینالمللی، وضعیت آسیبدیدگان را از نزدیک بررسی کرده، نیازمندیهای عاجل را شناسایی نموده و زمینهٔ رسیدگی و همکاری هرچه سریعتر و مؤثرتر را برای خانوادههای متضرر فراهم سازد.
ما باور داریم که در چنین شرایط دشوار، همدلی، هماهنگی و همکاری مشترک میان نهادها و مردم، بهترین راه برای کاهش آلام آسیبدیدگان و بازگرداندن امید به زندگی آنان است...
In recent days, heavy and continuous rainfall in several provinces of Afghanistan, especially Ghor Province, has caused devastating floods.
Among the affected areas, Murghab District has suffered significant damage, where many families have lost their homes, orchards, livestock, and agricultural lands, facing serious humanitarian and livelihood challenges.
Jam Ghor Charity Organization, with a deep understanding of the current difficult situation and in line with its humanitarian commitment and social responsibility, has deployed its emergency assessment team to the affected area. The team is working jointly with other national and international organizations to closely assess the situation, identify urgent needs, and facilitate rapid and effective assistance for the affected families.
We believe that in such difficult times, solidarity, coordination, and collective action among organizations and communities are the best ways to reduce the suffering of those affected and restore hope to their lives.
