For Dragon Boat, smart training is not just doing harder sessions — it’s balancing technique + strength + endurance + recovery + consistency. Strong paddlers usually rely on their core, back, legs, and timing with the boat, not just arm strength.

🎄🐉 Merry Christmas from the Dubai Dolphins Dragon Boat Team! 🐉🎄

As the year draws to a close, we paddle forward with gratitude—for early mornings on the water, powerful strokes in sync, laughter after tough sessions, and the unbreakable bond that makes us a team.

Like a dragon boat cutting through the water, we’ve faced waves together, stayed in rhythm, and moved as one. This season, we celebrate not just victories, but teamwork, resilience, and the shared passion that keeps us paddling forward.

May your holidays be filled with strength, harmony, and joy—and may the new year bring smooth waters, strong paddles, and many races won together.

Stay strong. Stay in sync.
See you on the water.
