🤝 Representing PBC Dubai at Gulf House Seminar

We had the honor of participating in a seminar organized by Gulf House – a dedicated policy, analytics, and cooperation center established within the University of Silesia in Katowice (Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach).

This inaugural meeting brought together an exceptional group of Middle East experts to discuss the key opportunities and challenges facing Polish economic relations with the region.

The Ambitious Goal: To develop long-term recommendations that can help shape a strategic, government-level approach for Poland’s engagement across the Middle East.

Key takeaways:
🔹 The discussion started with an insightful keynote address by Rasha Aljoundy.
🔹 A central conclusion was the need for a more coordinated and strategic framework to fully unlock the potential of these bilateral relations.

The Polish Business Council in Dubai was proudly represented by our Board Members: Weronika Tomaszewska-Collins and Maciej Truchanowicz.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Jakub Sławek and the University of Silesia in Katowice for the invitation, as well as to all participants for sharing their valuable insights. We look forward to contributing to this vital initiative as it develops!

Quarterly Business Groups & Business Councils Roundtable by Dubai Chamber of Commerce! 🤝🇦🇪

The quarterly Business Groups and Business Councils Roundtable, hosted by Dubai Chamber of Commerce, remains a valuable forum for council chairpersons to share operational insights, best practices, and strategic ideas.

Beyond providing updates on key Dubai Chambers initiatives, such as the newly launched Agentic AI for Business Leaders program available to our members, the ESG Label, and various advocacy projects, the event offers an excellent platform to explore cross-sector synergies.

Special thanks to Maha Al Gargawi and Omar Alkhan for delivering an insightful economic update, with figures confirming Dubai’s strong upward economic trajectory.

A compelling highlight was learning about the joint initiative between the Dubai Fitness & Wellness Business Group and the Dubai Delivery Business Group (DDBG) to support delivery rider wellbeing (supporting a workforce of over 100,000 riders in Dubai!). It serves as a great example of how Dubai Chambers facilitates high-impact cross-industry partnerships.

Highlights from the Inter-Council Networking Night! 🎥🌐🇦🇪

Here is a quick look back at an impactful evening at SO/ Uptown Dubai, where over 20 local business councils and hundreds of decision-makers gathered to drive cross-border collaboration across the UAE.
