*Hiring: Senior Accounting Professional*
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Accounting Professional to manage and support our accounting function in EMEA offices. The ideal candidate must bring strong technical accounting expertise, proven team management experience, and the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with UAE requirements.
*Salary*: AED 12,000 – AED 15,000 per month
*Requirements*
-Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with proven exposure to financial reporting, tax, and compliance.
-Professional accounting license or certification is required.
-Strong knowledge of accounting standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
-Previous experience managing or supervising an accounting team.
-Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred.
-Must be currently located in Dubai, UAE.
*Main Responsibilities*
-Lead, manage, and support the accounting team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
-Review financial reports, reconciliations, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
-Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax obligations, and UAE regulatory requirements.
-Coordinate with management, auditors, and other departments as required.
-Prepare and review management reports to support business decision-making.
-Identify process improvements and strengthen internal accounting controls.
