• The mother company Officine Meccaniche Pejrani srl (OMP) was
founded in 1974 by Engineer Luigi Pejrani. The core business of OMP
was the design and construction of sheet metal and
electromechanial parts, in the automotive sector.

• Our Regional Office is based in Dubai for the Middle-East/ GCC
regions and covering Africa from Mauritius since 2016.

• The global interest in eco-friendly proj

ects led Officine
Meccaniche Pejrani to expand its business into the research and
development of new low carbon technologies related to pollution
control.

• In 2001 the Environmental Division of Officine Meccaniche Pejrani:
OMPeco was established to meet this demand. In the same year
OMP patented and began production of the Converter process.

• OMPECO’s products, therefore, are created not only for the
purpose of treating waste without emissions, but also at improving
the entire logistics chain in terms of emissions reduction. This
process has transformed the traditional approach of waste
treatment, allowing the treatment of waste directly on site.
