We are honored to announce that Dr. Abdulla Hamed Kazim, Section Head of Healthcare Professional Licensing at the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi, is joining to inaugurate and give a keynote speech at The Filipino Times Watchlist: Top Healthcare Professionals in the Middle East Summit 2023, happening on September 23, 2023, at The Bristol Hotel in Deira, Dubai, UAE. The Summit will start at 1:00 p.m.

Dr. Abdulla Kazim is responsible for implementing healthcare workforce plans through efficient management of activities and procedures related to health professionals licensing and credentialing at the Department of Health.

Prior to joining the Department of Health, Dr. Abdulla started his medical career at Mafraq Hospital in September 2007 as a general practitioner and later on as a resident in the Department of Internal Medicine. He later moved to Al Rahba Hospital in April 2016 where he continued his career, and held numerous responsibilities such as Chair of the Medical Informatics Committee and Member of the Salamtak Physician Advisory Council at SEHA, Chair of the Medical Records Committee, and participated in Medical Quality including SEHA and DOH JAWDA Clinical KPIs.

His efforts in improving the Clinical KPIs and Innovation at Rahba Hospital was recognized, allowing him to receive the SEHA Best 100 Employees award in December 2018 and SEHA Best 1000 Employees as a UAE National Doctor in 2018 and 2019 consecutively. He attained his American Board in Medical Quality in December 2020 as Certified in Medical Quality.
