You came for the healing… you left with feathers on your chakras 🪶✨

Tonight, I missed bedtime and I was very happy about it!

As mums, we give so much of ourselves every single day that sometimes simply saying yes to one evening for you can feel almost uncomfortable. But there was something really special about floating under the Abu Dhabi sky at the beautiful surrounded by sound, water, stillness… and just allowing myself to receive.

This floating sound healing session by and was honestly magical.

And one of my favourite moments of the evening wasn’t even part of the session itself... A family joined us by the pool, simply experiencing the sounds alongside all of us. Afterwards, Letizia shared how emotional it made her feel, and how deeply sound healing can also impact animals, children, families… all living beings really.

There was something beautiful about that reminder: healing doesn’t always need words. Sometimes it’s frequency. Presence. Permission to pause.

So here’s your little reminder for this Friday: go out sometimes. Miss bedtime once in a while. Take care of yourself too.

But one of my favourite things we do is bring the whole family together.
Because the mums who find their people here, their kids and partners deserve to feel that too.
