On June 2nd, 2026, the IBWG Business Forum kicked off its first meeting at Haibu Space, marking the launch of Mind-Body Vitality, its latest initiative.

The brainstorming session was convened by the IBWG Chairwoman and attended by board members and representatives of the Forum’s key sponsors: Burjeel Day Surgery Center, Mediclinic Middle East, and Boston Dental Center.

The discussion focused on forming a dedicated Mind-Body Vitality committee to organize monthly wellness awareness sessions, develop educational healthcare platforms, and explore a flagship annual Health & Wellness conference.

It was inspiring to see strong sponsor support and a shared vision for healthier lifestyles, mental wellbeing, and community engagement.

At our recent IBWG Workshop held on June 2, we had the privilege of learning from Hanan Mughrabi, Founder and Managing Director of Muronah Consulting, who shared practical insights on navigating uncertainty with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional regulation.
