IBWG Workshop: Reclaiming Power: From Stuck to Unstoppable with Sakcshei Mathur

On 16 February 2026, the IBWG Business Forum – International Business Women’s Group hosted Reclaiming Power: From Stuck to Unstoppable, an interactive workshop facilitated by IBWG member Sakschei Mathur, Founder of Celestial Karisma and Energy & Mindset Alignment Coach.

The session explored how our nervous system, past experiences, and subconscious patterns influence the way we think, feel, and show up in our daily lives. Through guided exercises and open discussions, participants gained insight into hidden patterns that can lead to self-doubt, hesitation, and feeling stuck.

Attendees were introduced to practical tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and aligned action, helping them shift from internal resistance toward greater clarity and confidence. The workshop created a supportive space for reflection, connection, and personal growth.
